Common Billing Questions:

Have we billed your secondary insurance?

Our policy is to first bill the patient's primary insurance. After the claim has been processed, any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility. As a courtesy, we will send a claim to the secondary insurance with the information that has been provided. However, it is the patient's responsibility to follow up with the secondary to be sure the claim has been received and processed.

Does Medicare cover general physicals?

Currently, Medicare does not cover annual routine physicals. However, depending on what is addressed during the appointment, Medicare may cover part of it. This will reduce the cost of the physical which will be the patient's responsibility. Note: This will appear as two separate charges on the patient's statement.

Referrals:

If you are in need of a referral to a specialist, please contact your primary care physician's office. You may be required to see your physician before your insurance will authorize it. For questions regarding a specific referral, contact (425) 450-6151.

We are contracted with many insurance companies. The best way to find out if your specific insurance is accepted is to check with your provider list which can be obtained from your insurance carrier. We are not contracted with the following plans, and "out-of-network" fees/costs may apply:
