Provider Profile Christopher M. Kozlowski, M.D., F.A.C.C., F.S.C.A.I. Dr. Kozlowski was raised in upstate New York and attended Georgetown University. He then attended the Georgetown University School of Medicine on a U.S. Army scholarship. He did his internal medicine residency at Fitzsimons Medical Center in Denver, followed by a year as an Army staff internist in Seoul, Korea. Cardiology training was back at Fitzsimons with additional work in interventional cardiology at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu. Dr. Kozlowski and his family spent 4 years in Hawaii, where he became Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Assistant Chief of Cardiology at Tripler. After 11 years in the Army, he left active duty and moved to the Pacific Northwest. He continues to practice general and interventional cardiology; the past 6 years with Overlake Internal Medicine Associates. He and his wife Kerry have two children. |
