Scheduling

Please call during office hours to schedule appointments at (425) 454-5046. We try our best to accomodate you. Routine physicals are generally scheduled well in advance to accomodate more urgent visits. We try to see urgent problems promptly. If you call and find you are not being offered an appointment in a timely manner please request that you talk to your doctor's nurse, who can assess your needs and work with your doctor to try to schedule you appropriately. Copayment is required at the time of service. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out paperwork and insurance updates.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us ASAP so that we can use that time for other patients. There may be a $25-$50 charge if a cancellation is not made with at least 24 hours notice. There may also be a charge if you miss your appointment without notification.

Consultations

If you are having a health care emergency, call 911. If you are having a non-emergent medical need after regular business hours, call our office and the answering service may page the physician on call. There may be a charge for this call for which you will receive a statement. Your insurance may or may not cover this charge. You will be responsible for this should your insurance not provide coverage.
