Tanya A. Wahl, M.D.

Dr. Wahl is a local, having grown up in Edmonds.  She was a University of Washington undergraduate and went to Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, North Carolina.  She did her internal medicine residency at Stanford University in California, and returned to University of Washington/Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center for her fellowship in Hematology.  She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology.  She has a special interest in breast cancer, but enjoys the challenges of caring for patients with any type of cancer or hematologic disorder.

Dr. Wahl married her college sweetheart and is the mother of two boys.  She enjoys participating in sprint distance triathlons, reading fiction, and travel.
