Prescription Refill Requests Policy

Please contact your preferred pharmacy first, as there may be additional refills available for you. If not, the pharmacy will fax our office with your request.

Please request a refill prior to running out of your medication. It is recommended that you request refills when you have at least five days remaining of your medications. 

Some medications require a written prescription. If this is the case, you will need to pick up your prescription at the OIMA Primary Care office.

We will make every effort to refill your prescriptions within 24-48 hours. However, clinical re-evaluation may be required prior to your prescription being refilled.  If that is the case, you will be asked to make an appointment with your physician and be seen before a refill will be provided.
