Provider Profile William J. Watts, M.D. 
Dr. Watts is board certified in Pulmonary disease, Critical Care Medicine, and Internal Medicine. He received his Medical School training from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 1975. He subsequently performed his medical residency and chief medical residency at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Watts completed his residency studies in 1979. He completed his pulmonary and critical care training at the University of Michigan in 1984. Dr. Watts practiced in downtown Seattle at Swedish Hospital Medical Center and Providence Medical Center from 1984 to 1989. He has been in Bellevue at Overlake Hospital Medical Center from 1989 to the present. His practice is restricted to hospital critical care and hospital-based pulmonary consultation. Dr. Watts is married to Dr. Mary B. Watts, Associate Director, Hall Health Medical Clinic, University of Washington Medical Center. They have three daughters. He is endeavoring to learn Spanish so as to practice medicine in areas of need in Central America. |
