LABORATORY

The laboratory is located in the same suite as OIMA Primary Care Bellevue office. Please note that if you are seeing one of our doctors in our Issaquah location but want to have labs drawn by our office staff, our lab is located only in Bellevue.

•Lab Address*: 1407 116th Avenue NE, Suite 200, Bellevue, WA 98004.
•Lab Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
•No Appointments Needed for Labs: First-come, first-served.
•Peak hours: 8:00 AM - 10:30 AM in case you’d like to try to avoid a wait.
•Fasting labs: Please arrive without eating or drinking for 12 hours. (Plain water and plain black coffee or tea is okay).
•Additional Information: Please check in at the Suite 200 Primary Care reception desk (same area as when you see your doctor) and please remember to bring your current health insurance card(s).

Turning into the complex from 116th Ave NE, follow the driveway around the building to the covered parking area. Under the covered parking, you will find our accessible entrance through the door with an elevator that takes you to the 2nd floor.

ACCREDITATIONS

OIMA’s full-service laboratory is pleased to have met all criteria for Laboratory Accreditation by COLA, a national healthcare accreditation organization. Accreditation is given only to laboratories that pass COLA’s on-site rigorous survey by demonstrating that it meets COLA’s standards of quality in day-to-day operations and the performance of proficiency testing. OIMA’s lab has earned COLA accreditation as a result of its continued commitment to provide quality testing services to its patients.

Additionally, OIMA’s histology laboratory has also met the College of American Pathologists’ (CAP) rigorous on-site, unannounced annual surveys. Providing the best patient care requires a long-term commitment from our laboratories to strive for the highest proficiency performance testing, and that is our goal for each patient we serve.
